Refund Policy for DIG-A-PALOOZA :
Thank you for your interest in attending our dental seminar. We understand that circumstances may arise that could prevent you from attending the event as planned. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Refund Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund before the start of the seminar (see schedule below).
- Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser of the ticket.
- Refunds are not transferable to any other person or event.
2. Refund Schedule:
- Refund requests made 30 days or more prior to the seminar will be eligible for a full refund, minus 3% fees.
- Refund requests made between 15 to 29 days prior to the seminar will be eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price, minus 3% fees
- Refund requests made within 14 days of the seminar will not be eligible for a refund (see substitution below)
3. Refund Process:
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email, website chat option, or phone, providing your name, ticket details, and reason for the refund request. - Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Event Cancellation:
- In the unlikely event that the dental seminar is canceled by the organizers, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
5. Non-attendance or Partial Attendance:
- Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance or partial attendance of the dental seminar.
- If you are unable to attend the entire event, we encourage you to notify us in advance.
6. Substitution: - If you are unable to attend the seminar but have a colleague or friend who would like to attend in your place, we allow one substitution per ticket.
- Please contact our customer support team at least 48 hours prior to the seminar ( or asap) to arrange the substitution.
Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the organizers. Any modifications to the policy will be communicated through our official website and email notifications.
